One of a kind couture cocktail dress from Jeff Garner’s 'Let Them Be Naked' collection as seen on the runway at London Fashion Week, this dress features a halter collar made from vegetable tanned leather. the bodice is made from hemp netting, and the skirt from osage orange plant dyed Hemp silk.
Fits a size small 30-32A" bust 23-25" waist. It can be adjusted as needed.
